We meet every Thursday Evening at Aldworth School - 19:00 - 20:30
We have a good cross section of Badminton Players who are friendly, fun and sociable. We operate a peg board system to ensure that everyone plays an equal number of games through out the evening.
You must be 18, have played badminton, so not a beginner and have a sense of humour.
Our charges are very reasonable £5 per evening or become a member and pay - school term by term which means less than £5 per evening.

Our Facilities and Location
There is plenty of parking available either by Western Way at the front of the school or Pinkerton Rd at the back. The Sports Hall is accessible via the front or the back car parks.
News
Forthcoming Exam Closures
We are back to normal at Aldworth School this coming Thursday 14th March 2024 and then have a continuous run of play each Thursday until Thursday 25th April. Then the following week, on Thursday 2nd May, for one night only, we are booked to play at the Vyne School.
Aldworth School is closed for the following 7 x weeks due to exam lock outs. The dates are:
9, 16, 23 and 30th May 2024
6, 13 and 20th June 2024
We are then back to normal at Aldworth School on Thursday 27th June 2024.

About Aldworth Badminton Club
We are a non profit making organisation.
We have a Club constitution which is available for anyone to read.
We are very Covid conscious and have a risk assessment which is held by the Aldworth School which covers both Covid and any other conditions and situations which could be a risk.
Currently we follow Government and Badminton England guidance.
We are very General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) aware and keep as little information about our members and visitors as possible and all information we do keep is kept securely.
We have insurance with the Aldworth School to cover any injuries which occur whilst members and visitors are on the premises.
